Y Star Inn is a traditional 17th Century Drover’s Inn re-opened in 2025 offering a great selection of food, ales and wine as well as 4 en-suite bedrooms for accommodation. Nestled in the heart of the stunning Mid Wales hills, The Star Inn offers a perfect base to explore the Cambrian mountains.

Y Star Inn is situated on the well known walking routes of the Glyndwr’ s Way, the Cambrian Way, the cyclists Sustrans Cycle Route #8, as well as the horse riders Great Dragon Ride, William Morgan and the Prince Llewellyn Way. We are perfect if you are looking to stay in a traditional country pub with a warm welcome and open fires.
