Welcome to our legendary Inn on the hill.
The Star Inn is a traditional 17th century drover’s Inn. We re-opened in 2025 offering a great selection of food, beers and wine. We have 5 en-suite bedrooms in the main building and 3 wonderful en-suite glamping pods located on the hill side above Dylife all offering wonderful views of the local hills. Nestled in the heart of the stunning Mid Wales hills, The Star Inn offers a perfect base to explore the Cambrian mountains.
The Star Inn is situated on the well known walking routes of the Glyndwr’ s Way and the Cambrian Way and also on the Sustrans Cycle Route #8. As well as the bridal paths, Great Dragon Ride, William Morgan and the Prince Llewellyn Way. We are perfectly located to explore, unwind or just relax. We really are located in a unique and beautiful spot, come rain or shine Dylife is truly awe inspiring!
